A Reiki Session

 

Prior to the 60 min session you will be asked about any previous medical history that concerns you and if there's anything you would like to focus on during the healing session. The session will begin with placement of hands in specific positions either directly on or just above the body. These hand placements help to align the chakras and bring healing energy to body tissues, organs and glands. They are usually done in sequence beginning at the head however a certain area can be focused on if that area needs more work.  The practitioner may chant healing sounds and vocalizations throughout the session.
